Why I build alone
Build it this week. Measure it next month. Keep what people actually use.
For seven years I built iOS apps inside other people's companies: flight booking at Agoda, money transfers at DeeMoney, cards at Crypto.com, and before that a startup of my own as CTO. I learned how good products are made by watching what real users did with them.
Now I build my own, as a solo founder from Bangkok. Instead of one big bet, I make many small ones: find a real problem, ship a focused tool quickly, and put it in front of people.
Then I let the numbers decide. Products people use get more of my time. The rest get shut down without regret, and what I learned goes into the next one.
